CMPC faced a significant challenge with slow access to key sales indicators, fixed and variable costs, obtaining this information one month after the closing of accounts. This delay limited the ability to respond quickly and make informed decisions in a dynamic market.

To address this challenge, the Kranio Analytics cell worked with the customer to develop and implement a cost-effective datalake. This solution allowed the efficient integration and analysis of data from different internal SAP sources, offering a unified platform that streamlines the generation of critical financial reports. The data is now available just a couple of days after the accounting close, significantly faster than before.

With the implementation of the datalake, CMPC has undergone a transformation in its financial and commercial reporting process. The ability to access critical financial and operational indicators soon after the shutdown allows the company to make more agile decisions based on up-to-date data. This improvement has facilitated more proactive and strategic management, optimizing costs and maximizing profitability.
